Parties: Minimum $100 deposit for all parties. Balance is due no later than one business day before the scheduled event.
Group and Private Events: Minimum 25% deposit for all group events and private parties. Balance is due no later than one business day before the scheduled event, unless other terms have been approved by Defy management.
Parties that are downgraded to a lower party package on the day of the event will be subject to a $20 per package level downgrade fee.
Deposits for Parties, Group Events, and Private Parties will be given a full refund on cancellations made more than a 7 days in advance. A deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
